Wood Destroying Insect Inspections

Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect an insect issue, or you think your current home may be affected by WDO’s, we can provide you with comprehensive testing. We are VA, FHA and HUD approved.

Radon Testing

Radon is incredibly dangerous, and can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with PA certified radon testing.

  • Roofing System
  • Structural Components
  • Foundation & Crawl Space

Mold Testing

We use air and swab testing to detect hidden mold that may be in crawl spaces, between walls, and in other areas of your home, to ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations.

Septic Inspections

Septic systems should be inspected every one or two years, while alternative septic systems (with mechanical parts) should be inspected annually. A licensed septic inspector can advise you on how often to clean your tank. Septic Dye Testing is available for private sewage systems.

Well/Spring/Cistern Testing

Clean, uncontaminated drinking water is absolutely vital, meaning wells should be inspected at least once a year to ensure the safety of its users. We check the quality of your well water, and asses the condition of its parts and pump. We provide a flow test and water bacteria testing.

It is a pleasure working with Dan and Mary. Dan is thorough in his inspections. The technology they use makes sure that my records are organized. Additionally, I am grateful for the drone inspections of the roofs since snow and steep roofs are common here.
