What We Bring to the Table
A good home inspector has to be there for the needs of every client. Precision Home Inspections takes all measures within our means to ensure that your homebuying experience is successful. First, we invite every client to attend their inspection. This gives you an opportunity to see the inspection process firsthand and gain a better understanding of defective and damaged components. We also welcome phone calls with questions or concerns anytime after the inspection is over—whether a day later or a month down the road.
The Technical Advantage
Precision Home Inspections utilizes several advanced instruments in order to offer you a better, more complete home inspection. A moisture meter is used in each inspection for areas that are commonly damaged by moisture intrusion within a home. We also test for carbon monoxide in every inspection to ensure that the mechanical systems and ventilation in a home pose no danger to you or your family. When necessary for extremely steep roofing systems unable to be walked on, a camera-mounted aerial drone will be used to inspect the roof using high-resolution pictures and video.
